Today’s session is led by Tom Morris. He is the Senior Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Performance at Indiana University. He is responsible for the development and implementation of sport specific strength, conditioning, flexibility, speed and agility programs for the 8 time national champion men's soccer team.
Every guide I have had is special, but Tom takes it to another level. For those not familiar with his story. He was an adventure racer and triathlete that sustained a C6-7 spinal cord injury in 2012. There are so many amazing aspects about his journey that I can highlight but I feel its best left to him to explain. I hope you enjoy!
