In this episode of The Food Files, Mark Vaughan of Fresh Avenue Partners in Oklahoma City explains how the Oklahoma State University Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center is a resource for food and agricultural businesses by providing business training, food safety assistance, product development, scale up and commercialization, just to name a few. As a member of FAPC's Industry Advisory Committee, Vaughan believes the center's role in providing food safety assistance and helping to establish a food safety degree option for students has contributed to the success of FAPC. Vaughan was appointed to the advisory board by the speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
