Knowing where you stand for is a powerful statement. The more specific you are about your problem and your values, the easier it will be to communicate about your company in the marketplace, staff members and yourself.

A great way to communicate with yourself and your business is to have a mission statement. Logan dives into why having a mission statement and core values in your company is important and how it will help you communicate with others.

For almost everything in business, there is no right or wrong answer. What makes sense for you will be based on your core values. Do the right thing no matter what the short-term cause is.
