Today I talk with Instagram and TikTok superstar, and student doctor, Sarah Rav.
Sarah is a final year student doctor and runs her social media pages with over 2 million followers talking all things health, fitness and wellness.
Today, Sarah talks to us openly about her battle with anorexia nervosa which nearly took her life but she’s battled hard and overcome this all while studying. We chat through Sarah’s journey, her turning point, the hardest part of recovery, how loved ones can help those suffering and we also talk about self-care, mental health, perfectionism and having a defined purpose.
