This is part 2 with Chris Tyrrell of Tyrrell’s Wines. We are looking at Shiraz from the Hunter Valley, but it's not anything like you would identify as an Aussie Shiraz. These are incredibly different from all Shiraz and Syrahs around the world. We will also be talking old Vines. Tyrrell’s has some of the oldest vines in the world, and in fact, you will learn they might quite possibly have more super old vine single vineyards than anyone else in the world. We will also be chatting about the fires, about vintages and going into far more detail in general about the Hunter Valley wine region. And to finish we will also touch on their Chardonnay’s. Get ready to know Hunter Valley and Tyrrell Wine’s in its entirety.
