Learn about how he got into winemaking and all things Gusbourne: where the vineyards are and why they only make Vintage Sparkling wine rather than blends. We talk about the history of wine in England, the history of Champagne bottles and Charlie's thoughts on English Pinot Noir – It is not just about the sparkling here. We also discuss the pros and cons of regionality in England.
