Kris shares that letting go isn’t easy but life gets easier as we let go. Buddha says, it is our attachments that cause our pain and suffering. That said, we are human beings that attach so our greatest inner work will be letting go.
Spencer Johnson said, “When the pain of holding on becomes greater than the fear of letting go, change happens.”
Houses can be difficult to let go, relationships even more so as we struggle to understand why it didn’t work.
Here are three tips that will help you let go:
1. Surrender to what is and trust: feel what you feel about letting go bringing your attention to mindfulness.
2. Create a ritual around the process of releasing.
3. Focus on what’s exciting about what is ahead.
