EU states have until today to put forward a candidate to run for Eurogroup president. Ireland’s Paschal Donohoe currently holds the job. The Eurogroup is represented by the finance ministers of the 19 Euro currency countries. She says he has an excellent record, and it is a prestigious role for Ireland to maintain.
