A powerful conversation with Sinead Carr- Lisantri this week - Episode 60 Sinead shares her journey of transformation through trauma and finding her true self under all the layers of conditioning and how we define ourselves by our past stories.
We discuss how She found Shamanism and how it led her to her authentic self and living her truth. Sinead has also trained as Fire walk Instructor and tells me about how this amazing experience lit a fire in her belly. I could have chatted to Sinead all day as we share so many common interests and of course are fascinated by energy work and connecting to Nature just as our ancestors did.
Sinead Lisantri is a Mother, Shamanic Energy Therapist and Firewalk Instructor based in Oranmore, Co. Galway. She is married to Chris who is from Cyprus. She recently started to do some PR/editing work for Tribes Press Publishing in Galway as She has a post graduate degree in Public Relations also. A multi-talented lady.
