Postpartum Anxiety. Something I was ashamed to admit for so long that I was dealing with. "What do you mean you can't handle being a mom?" "What do you mean you can't keep up with your kids?," were all judgements my own head was telling me. My mind was telling me that because I couldn't handle the one thing I was called to do, I was failing my children as a Mother. But there was a point when my physical symptoms made it nearly impossible to do anything but survive and wait for the anxiety attack to pass me by.
