I feel that I’ve tried it all. Supplements, Exercise, Breathing Techniques, Therapy. And all though all of this has helped, it’s only helped temporarily. The truth is, my Anxiety came back because I was repressing instead of feeling. I was putting aside things I thought I was “over.” If you don’t fix what’s inside of your head, no amount of anything is going to be a permanent solution. This time around, I have been forced to deal with stuff I didn’t want to deal with, things I wasn’t ready for. But in the end, I am grateful because it has brought me closer to the One who has been with me through it all.
