For today, we’ll cover three phrases that will help you grow compassion for yourself, honesty with yourself and others, and make life more bearable.
3 Must Know Phrases:
-“I’m feeling (fill in the blank) right now.” Example: “I’m feeling sad right now.”
-“I’m not feeling well.”
-“…And that’s okay.” Example: “I do not want to go grocery shopping and that’s okay.”
