可能有啲會員發覺,近來我多咗政治同經濟以外嘅題材;原因之前都有講過,就係我想有啲可以即刻畀大家可以帶來價值嘅內容。
當然,市面上有好多人都會教人點樣去發達之類嘅。坦白講,我唔信呢一套;我相信呢度嘅讀者都係水平比較高嘅一群,都唔信一百幾十一個嘅會員費可以買得到啲乜嘢內幕消息。
不過,健康就係一個好卑微但又好重要嘅題目。難得嘅係我搵到 Greg 呢個拍檔一齊去講。
我哋唔係賣啲乜嘢保健產品,唔係叫大家一定要食啲乜就可以延年益壽,而係想大家更了解自己嘅健康狀況。
就正如我久不久講理財,都係叫大家要明白風險;唔係完全去避免風險,而係去了解自己可以承受啲乜嘢風險,幾多風險。
所以我哋嘅建議係:「大家都試吓用 CGM ,睇吓唔同嘅飲食作息習慣,對自己有啲乜嘢影響。」
成個系列,有幾個好重要嘅核心概念:
一,新陳代謝係健康嘅根本;而最影響新陳代謝嘅就係胰島素。
二,碳水化合物會刺激身體分泌胰島素;正常嘅情況無問題,但問題係身體長期處於胰島素偏高嘅情況,就會出現胰島素阻抗,然後就係所謂嘅二型糖尿病。
三,二型糖尿病亦都只係表象,因為胰島素有其他嘅功能;而且由糖尿病引起嘅問題包括:心血管疾病、癌症、腦退化等等。
四,所以,首先要做嘅事,就係畀我哋嘅新陳代謝機能,有一個合理嘅負荷。唔單止係食幾多,亦都關乎點樣食,食啲乜。
五,尤其係女性,人生有幾個特殊階段,內分泌會有好大嘅變化,令到胰島素嘅分泌會有影響。其中一個例子,就係妊娠糖尿病。
六,另外坊間對外啲乜嘢食物先為之健康,亦都存有好多主觀嘅「認知偏差」,例如覺得果汁係純天然就一定好健康,又或者麥皮可以吸膽固醇之類。又或者,有啲食物其實係安全嘅,就畀人以為好唔健康,例如蛋黃。有一點可以肯定,膽固醇唔係食落肚嘅,而大多數血液裡面嘅膽固醇,其實係我哋身體自然分泌嘅。
