My morning routine for OPTIMIZED energy ALL day LONG!
Today I am giving you my SIMPLE morning routine that sets me up for success. I believe that what we do in the first hour of each day dictates the attitude and energy we bring the rest of the day.

Step 2 - Gratitude! We have to be SO intentional in today's day and age what we feed our MINDS! There is so much science around gratitude and mindfulness, it's just silly NOT to do something so simple. I write down and visualize 5-10 things I'm grateful for BEFORE I look at my phone.
Step 3 - Supplements. I am a firm believer in specific supplementation. I use my favorite GUT-BRAIN AXIS system first thing in the morning to give me energy, mental clarity, and overall health all day long. Here's what my current go to is - http://bit.ly/2Oil97c
Step 4 - Bulletproof-ish coffee. 8 oz organic coffee, 1 Tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil, 3-5 drops vanilla liquid stevia, splash of unsweetened almond milk, blend for 30 seconds and enjoy!
Step 5 - Plan my day! I've been loving the High Performance Planner here lately. This helps to set my intentions and manage my stress before the day gets into full swing.
This is my go-to routine to set my GUT up for a stress resilience and my life up for a happy, healthy, productive day!
