Unlike depression, anxiety was a sneaky ad-hoc companion of mine that I often didn't recognise.
We often live our lives not knowing we're hit by an anxiety tsunami and more often than we should, we fake it and push it under the carpet until it becomes a real issue.
Through my practice and studies, I learnt to become so much more self-aware. That sounds awesome but it also leaves us no break from that which we dislike about us or what we don't want to deal with.
But I'll take it if that means living a more peaceful and joyful life.
In the recent years, life threw some scenarios at me which at times made me feel like a crazy woman. What the heck is this - I said. And then I went to explore anxiety within myself and in Buddhist psychology.
Listen to my free and short video about how to recognise, catch and snap out of your anxiety attack. It will feel so good, I promise!
