I felt it necessary to record an episode on stress management as stress is something that we continually face in our lives. Given such, it's necessary for us to find ways to manage our response to stressful events instead of allowing ourselves to succumb to the qualms of stress itself. In this episode, I dig into what stress is on a physiological and emotional level, what it can do to our bodies, and ways to manage our stress responses.
