Wendy Papasan -Team Owner and Austin Real Estate Investor

Wendy Papasan is the owner of Papasan Properties group, host of the Empire Building Podcast and a long time real estate investor in Austin! Wendy leads real estate teams in Austin and Houston, Texas as well as Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN and St. Louis, MO. She has been investing in real estate in Austin for 20 years and started by keeping a primary residence as a rental and continuing to do that buy buying a new primary every year for a few years. They continue to buy rentals in Austin and manage them all themselves which Wendy spends minimal time doing through great systems and processes.
