Common symptoms of low potassium include:
Heart palpitations
High blood pressure
Constipation
Numbness and tingling
Muscle cramps
Nausea
Fatigue
Depression
Irritability
Weight gain
You might even feel like you are having a panic attack if your potassium dips too low!
Due to processed foods and lots of sugar, our diet is much lower in potassium than it was in the past. Listen in for some tips on what to do if you suspect you are low in potassium.
