We have been attending a lot of auctions here in Brisbane and the clearance rate is sky high compared to the long-term trends. The growth is still very strong across the city and it's being fueled by a number of factors that are contributing to low supply and high demand.

We also talk about the borders opening up for Queensland and the rest of Australia and what this might mean for the River City.
