Do you LOVE creating new years resolutions? Or do you tend to avoid it altogether? Or do you find yourself somewhere in between?

Everywhere we turn right now, people are talking about setting goals, vision boards, dreaming big, and setting resolutions for the new year. According to one survey, 89% of millennials will make a resolution for the new year.

 

But if we really want to set ourselves up to have our best year yet, there’s a lot more to goal setting than just creating a new years resolution. Today, we’re discussing seven steps to set better new years resolutions (and actually set yourself up for success in 2022).
