In this episode I speak with life coach Leann Evans about her experience with narcissistic abuse. We discuss techniques she uses to cope, what she's learned about herself, how she's managed to go no contact with her mother, and how healing herself has had an amazingly, positive impact on her relationship with her children. Narcissism is often talked about in today's society, but it's hardly understood because most narcissists will never get diagnosed with the personality disorder.
