Today I share 3 steps for stress-LESS holiday season that I myself have done after years of feeling stressed, anxious and exhausted through the holidays. 

If you are in or approaching empty nest this is an especially important time for you to give yourself grace and permission to make this year look differently. Embrace the freedom that empty nest offers my friend! Grab ahold of peace and joy this year and say goodbye to those high expectations you place on yourself.
