Benjamin is married to his high school sweetheart, Cindi. They have 3 sons and a cavoodle (Romeo).
Benjamin’s entrepreneurial spark has helped him start and develop multiple businesses, and complete his Masters in Business.
In their early twenties, Benjamin and Cindi Windle moved to the City of Roses—Portland, Oregon. In 2009, they returned to Australia, where they have continued both their business and ministry endeavours. As an expression of their passion to give back to the community and inspire people to become all they were created to be, they pioneered Lifeplace.
His work helping churches develop Generational Intelligence in reaching Millennials and Gen Z has grown into a range of resources, coaching, and speaking.
