He is an absolute legend and the tables are turned today because I get to ask Dave questions and let him go off on his passion for leadership. Dave is my leadership coach, so it was fun to connect with him outside of our typical coaching sessions in this podcast space.

Dave is the Director of Leadership & Leadership Professor of Practice at the University of Portland. He has coached for +17 years, earned his master's and Ph.D. from Gonzaga University, and traveled internationally for leadership coaching opportunities.

This episode is big time if you are interested in being a great leader to impact and serve others and, most importantly, lead yourself! I love when Dave went in on listening and awareness as a leader. He is elite at asking “lofty” questions!

Dave has had a huge impact on my development as a leader, and coach, and on me being the best version of myself. This was a surreal moment to share this podcast moment with him. So excited to share with you all the legend, my coach, Dave Houglum.
