Kevin Dailly is today's guest for this in-person conversation. Creator, an artist, and most recently, dropped his debut album All Things Considered under the name KEVY. Big shout out to Kevin for the consistent love and for always tapping into the episodes. 

This is an awesome conversation that I was grateful to record right before Kevin dropped his album. He made the trip down to Portland to record in person and we got to go deep into some cool topics. What I enjoyed the most was discussing our most formative years and how that tied into us both loving the book, Atomic Habits by James Clear. As well as, identity change being a consistent theme throughout this hour and half.
