Suzan is a woman of vibrant energy and passion for helping women 50+ tap into their own innate wisdom. She is certified as an Expressive Arts Coach/Facilitator and Life and Wellness Coach. Suzan has been developing and leading well-being playshops for women since 2001. Her signature playshop is "Listen, Learn and Love Your Body" where participants learn to listen to their body's wisdom. She advocates that when we're willing to listen and respond to what we hear - we can improve our lives, perhaps even heal ourselves.Suzan's remarkable healing journey from significant traumas shows us it is possible to move beyond the past and thrive. Having spent her younger years out of her body during traumas, she realized it was vital to learn how to stay in her body. The most powerful healing modality she discovered has been the expressive arts which she now shares readily with her clients. There is no need to be an artist - just a willingness to be open and have fun.Suzan is also the author of Women at P.L.A.Y! (Peace, Love, and Acceptance of Yourself after 40), to help women learn to put themselves first. She considers herself a life adventurer having been married at the top of Mount Whitney (14,495 feet) in her 40s, traveled to over 60 countries (sometimes solo), and has been pursuing her passion for acting and speaking (performance) after age 50.
