This is intentional, face-to-face time where you can communicate and grow together. Cue all the excuses: kids, time, money, sleep! 

But then I got serious about my marriage. I wanted to invest in it and show my husband he was a priority to me. After all, when we were dating, we spent tons of time together! Why not now?
