80. The Most Underused Parenting Skill

"How do I get my teenager to....?"

This is the most common question I get from parents!

And while I wish I could tell you the magic words to say or the magic consequence that will keep them out of danger or the magic reward that will motivate them, there is no magic parenting trick!

BUT, there is one thing that I find has the MOST power in getting your teen to do whatever it is you want them to do. It is the most effective - yet underused - parenting strategy I have found.

Find out what it is and how you can use it to get more cooperation from your teen! And the best part is - it is so much more enjoyable and fulfilling to parent when this is your focus!
