Healthy blood flow is extremely important for your health, fitness, and, longevity. You need to reduce or eliminate unhealthy “vegetable oils” such as canola or corn or the usual stuff on the supermarket shelves.
They are fake fats that have a very long shelf life and worst of all, high in inflammatory omega-6 fats.
Instead, have extra virgin macadamia nut, olive, and coconut oils. Throw in some raw almonds and walnuts as well.
