In today’s episode we are discussing why you’re constantly dealing with mental suffering. Life can sometimes get really overwhelming and you may be finding yourself always worrying about things that are out of your control. You also may be stressing yourself out about things that are well within your control, but you’re missing how you can take control of these situations. We are going to go over some examples of life challenges that come up in life, but that we can take steps to prevent mental suffering. Learning skills to overcome this and setting up routines to help you out of a tough situation is really important for your life. My hope for you with this episode is to empower and equip you with tools to take control of what you can, lower your stress and move forward in your life even when things seem hard.
