I usually have a guest but this episode is a replay of an episode of a Mindfulness Podcast that I produced during the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020.

This is episode 4 of that series called 'Exploring Judgement and Agenda'. I’ve chosen this theme for the week that is in it. The Presidential elections in America have just taken place and there is a lot of rhetoric about the result.

I am of the belief that we are here for this time. We are here to hold and anchor the light where we are. That engaging in the arguments over right and wrong, just and unjust, etc etc. only feed further into the othering and them and us mentality that divisive politics fosters.

And so here is a reflection and meditation on ways we can practice heart centred presence.

I speak for about 20 minutes on the subject and then guide you on a meditation for a further 20 minutes so you might want to sit and experience the second part.
