🔥 Should RevOps own business systems? Or should IT take the wheel?

When you’re a small company, RevOps often wears the systems hat - CRM, automation, reporting, yada, yada, yada.

But as you scale, IT typically steps in . . . which can lead to a tug-of-war over ownership.
