As a Massage Therapist, her approach involves a unique blend of head and heart that incorporates aspects of Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Active Release Techniques as well as intuition and energy work. As a lifelong student of massage and wellness, she loves teaching her clients the value of massage and self-care and how it facilitates greater body awareness and contributes significantly to overall health and well-being.
