Recently I found out, one of the great soil biologists, and the one that taught me the foundation of what I know about soil biology, is retiring. While this marks the end of Elaine Ingham’s hands on teaching, it has become an opportunity for others to learn from her life’s work. She is shifting from a ”proprietary model to a model rooted in open access, shared learning and collaborative scientific advancement.”
