Did you know that we factory farm shrimp and that it’s a several billion dollar a year industry? The problem is that often it’s not accomplished sustainably and until recently, national policy has supported importing shrimp on a much greater scale. Here we give some local examples, talk about nutrition and as always bring it back to sustainable food systems.
