This ep caught me a day or so after having a terrible depression bubble, I talk a bit about systems I decided to try of self-care and I'm happy to report, 5 weeks or so later on, the exercise regimen I got on back then TRULY worked! Not like fixing me forever but definitely making any derailment or episode I've had since be easier to manage and quicker to get back on track from. Anyway, hope you get something out of this BB ep, see you next week with another longer interview.
