It would be this: DON'T QUIT. Quitting will slow you down. It'll chip away at your confidence and it will have you caught in a never ending cycle. There's going to be lots of ups and downs on the path towards crossing the finish line of your race. Some days you'll feel like you're on top of the world, you're firing on all cylinders, and like you're completely untouchable. And then there will be days where quitting feels like the best & most humane option to put you out of your misery. In this episode I make the argument for why you should avoid quitting at all costs!
