On today's episode, I'm speaking with Ty Rendlich-Texidor. Ty has a degree in sports medicine and as a trainer she focuses on helping people address nagging injuries as they work towards achieving their fitness goals. Ty strongly believes that everyone should be able to train how they want for as long as they want.
We particulary tackle the topic of Strength Training for Women; what it means, the importance of it and how most women underestimate their overall strength.
The benefits of strength training for women go way beyond weight loss and physique changes, and once you listen to the episode in full you will have a better understanding of why you should ditch the pink weights and realize what a women's strength does for her, day in and day out.
We also touch on the importance of sometimes doing less in order to accomplish more.
As always, I hope you enjoy this episode!
