Intuitive eating. This is a hot and controversial topic in both the nutrition and health space! While it would be a blessing for everyone to be able to enjoy intuitive eating, it can be a contradictory practice when trying to reverse metabolic disease. Instead, balancing hormones and bringing insulin back into healthy balance with is the best way to trust hunger and satiety hormones, and heal from insulin resistance and metabolic dysregulation.
