Backbends come with some serious promises and aren't accessible to all people and certainly aren't sustainable if done in the extreme way. I know, I know, you don't want to give them up or you want to still be able to try them and this practice makes space for both. Explore all the efforts and possibilities that backbends like cobra, camel, bow, upward bow, crescent contain without having to do a single one.
Props - Note you'll need to be on a wood/concrete/tile floor. Just something that will let you slide a blanket across it easily.
