Today we are going to explore the endocrine system. I know it doesn’t sound very fun but it’s very important to understand so stick with me. I hope that today you will walk away with at least one actionable task that will help improve your health. The reason I want to discuss this is because I am talking daily to people with suspected thyroid conditions and/or adrenal issues, So, I wanted to shed some light on the subject just in case you too are feeling like something is not right.
I’ll explain what the Endocrine system is, why it’s important, what endocrine disruptors are, what the most common disruptors are, and how you can prevent damage?
I’ll share with you eight ways you can start to look out for these toxins and improve your health! Remember that I am all about balance and not having to be perfect, so I give you some ideas on how to slow your toxic load, but not have to totally give up all your favorite products.
