In the final episode of series three, Jenni talks about how to know if leadership is for you. She looks at how we behave and the traits we need to be aware of in ourselves if we want to embark on a leadership journey. Jenni shares the different definitions of leadership and management, the varying styles of leadership, some of the broader insights about behaviours, and they all link together. She also talks about trust and credibility too.
