In this episode, I interview Dr. Andrea Niles, Clinical Psychologist and Co-Founder of Prospera Mental Health and Wellness. She breaks down the top mental health disorders, how to know when to seek support, and how you can support your postpartum mental health starting in pregnancy.
I find that there tends to be a lot of shame surrounding maternal mental health and, often, a lack of accessible resources to help. Hopefully this episode helps you feel more in control, prepared, and less alone when it comes to postpartum mental wellness.
