Tapping Q & A - Getting the most out of tapping and EFT
Health & Fitness:Alternative Health
I was recently talking to one of my clients about how things had been going since our last call.
As they were sharing what the last week had been like they asked, "Is there a way that I could tap to help me to remember to tap?"
I am happy to say that the answer to that question is YES!
Over the last few years a number of research studies have been done to measure the effectiveness of tapping on memory function. Tapping can be used to help our short term memory, long term memory, and to help remember something in the moment.
This week, Dr. Peta Stapelton joins the podcast to talk about what the latest research tells us about memory and tapping.
If you want to dive even deeper into the topic she has written an amazing book on the topic Memory Improvement Through EFT Tapping: A Way to Boost Recall and Clarity
