In this week’s episode, I am joined by dietitian Megan Bray to talk about health media, and how social media in particular impacts our body image and perception of health. Megan works in the field of eating disorders and is a strong advocate for recovery, non-diet nutrition, and body acceptance. In addition to undertaking research in the eating disorder field, Megan also works as a peer mentor with individuals pursuing recovery, and is active in the pro-recovery social media space so is the perfect person to discuss this topic with!
