For a while now, I've been wanting to talk about menstrual cycle phases on the podcast. The Universe always has its beautiful way of making things fall into place.
A few weeks ago, I saw Shilpa had posted on her instagram profile that she'd be doing a series about the connection between the menstrual cycle and lunar cycle. I immediately reached out to her and invited her to come on to my podcast to have a conversation about the topic.
