I created this episode for several reasons, the main being that the privilege to be a bodybuilder can often be forgotten for many reasons.
Life is hard for a lot of us and at times the overwhelm we face can quite literally floor us. The opportunity to pursue physique development can be what gives us the structure and focus to continue on our quest, remembering that and hopefully seeing what positives it can bring is a gift that gives back to you.
I hope you enjoy this one.
