For 22 years Dacy has helped build the tile shop into what is now one of the largest and fastest growing retailers of manufactured and natural stone tiles in North America…with over 140 locations across 31 states in the United States. As they’ve found ways to keep growing faster and more strategically, Dacy has had to reinvent his leadership approach in order to adapt and continue to thrive.
