Quiet Quitting is a relatively new phenomenon in which young professionals claim to be doing the bare minimum to reprioritize work-life balance. Employees doing the bare minimum of effort to earn a paycheck to renew an emphasis on life outside of work. But, this is not popular with employers, some of which are countering with Quiet Firing or giving employees less responsibility, limiting their role and potential for advancement.
