This has been an ongoing theme it seemed like this week for me where many of my clients and my friends have been asking me for advice on things when really they already know the answer. We often seek answers outside of ourselves when really the only person who's opinion matters is ourselves. I talk in more details about what is your intuition, your higher self, spirit guides, and why its important to seek answers from within. At the end of the episode I lead you though an easy and short guided meditation.
