Hey monkiis,
I'd like to welcome my good friend and Wildman Michael Butts (@lifewithadventureco) back to the show. Michael and have known each other since 2013 and have since traveled and adventured all over the Western US while also doing a ton in the mountains that make up our backyard here in Colorado. Michael is a deep thinker when it comes to all things fitness, health and wellness related and I always enjoy our conversations on these topics. He has climbed big walls, ran ultra marathons, won several regional and state-level Crossfit competitions, completed several 100-mile bike rides, traveled the world for a decade, competed as a Division 1 college Wrestler, and much, much more.
Michael recently started his own training business Adventure Cross Training (AXT) and I'd highly recommend any monkii that is specifically focused on training for outdoor sports reach out to him.
